1. Dress up like a hawk and have your date dress up like a rabbit. Have her jump out first; jump out later, trying to land as close to them as possible.
2. Write love letters to each other, put them in envelopes, and put them inside mailboxes of people you don’t know.
3. Speak only through…
1. Let’s go to the Phoenix Art Museum and stare at that one painting and try and find out why it’s so deep and then giggle through the Fireflies exhibit.
2. Let’s go iceskating… If you’ll hold my hand so I don’t fall.
3. Let’s go to Chuck-E-Cheese or Peter Piper Pizza and act like kids again……
Children’s gender roles as imposed on adults. Very ,very, very well done.
thats the reasest shit
This is why I HATED anything “girly” as a kid. Not so much because the things themselves were bad but because I resented being told what I was supposed to like or what I was supposed to be.
Now that I have control over my own life, I’ve found (in tiny steps) that I really like wearing makeup and select feminine things, but for my own reasons, and masculine things when I like them, too.
Bottom line is be who you are and let kids be who they are, too! :)
As a random thought…
So in the comics Hawkeye has 80% hearing loss.
The Black Widow is Russian.
Can you imagine when they’re on a mission and something goes wrong; the police are about to arrest them and they fall back on Plan H.
Black Widow, “So remember, you’re deaf and I don’t speak English”
Anonymously tell me your feelings for me.
It doesn’t have to be romantic (though if you did feel that way, it’d be perfectly fine). Just how you feel in general. I get curious of people’s impressions of me.

For those who don’t know what has been happening,
According to the girl’s mother, her injuries are severe, and indicate a vicious beating. Here is the account of what occurred from Tumblr:
IF YOU WENT TO SAN DIEGO COMIC CON OR KNOW ANYONE WHO HAS, PLEASE READ.
One of my dearest friends was found on the side of the road, unconscious and bloody. She was wearing this cosplay on the day it happened. She was last seen with friends when she ran off after a disagreement. Please, please, please, if you have ANY information or saw her anywhere, contact her mother. The full information is down below. This isn’t okay and it’s sickening to know that this happened at a place people truly can enjoy themselves. Please spread the word.
”I just received a call from the San Diego Police Department and my daughter REDACTED aka REDACTED was found on the side of the road covered in blood with no ID unconscious. They are unsure what happened to her. My husband is on his way to the police station and then the hospital. If you have any information on what happened to her please send me a facebook message or call me at REDACTED. Thank you in advance”. -REDACTED
well too fucking bad, now it REALLY looks like you have a problem, you fucks.
This is really disgusting and very sad. I am not going to say that more blatant and firmer stances and policies on harassment can fully prevent things like this, but it can certainly deter behavior and make it clear that SDCC will not stand for this kind of shit or any form of harassment. Con harassment IS a problem, and acknowledging it isn’t some sort of “crying fire in a movie theater” thing. It will not create more harassment or make it seem like SDCC is just filled with instances of harassment. No matter if it’s 1 or 1000 reports of harassment, con-goers need to know that SDCC gives a shit about their safety and will not tolerate any harassment.
